The Independent Motorsports Group (IMG) sanctions wheel to wheel Sprint and Endurance Racing, as well as On-Track High Performance Driver's Education events, On-Track Time Trials, and Competition Race Schools. Our goal is to provide a place for safe, no-contact performance driving in a friendly environment for drivers of all experience and skill levels.

FRCCA Teams Up With IMG in 2012

Good news - The Formula Race Car Club of America (FRCCA) is teaming up with IMG to secure additional event dates for our 2012 schedule. Through this new parternship, both IMG and FRCCA members will enjoy a more convenient schedule at premium venues. Stay tuned for final event schedules from both organizations coming very soon.

Since holding its first race in 1980, the Formula Race Car Club of America has developed into a friendly, competitive club that open wheel drivers of all classes can call home. Under the guidance of club president John Heckman, the FRCCA is quickly developing into the place to race for formula car drivers across the region.
